“I learned how to realize when I’m not connected to myself and how to come back to my body, heart and mind.”

Looking for a Little Peace?

“It’s All Too Much!”

Of course you feel like that — especially when you’re trying to get to sleep, right?

Trust us that this gentle, easy, prerecorded course isn’t designed to push you harder. Instead, it’s been designed from the bottom up as a safe place where you can relax and be kind to yourself.

We won’t promise you that life is going to work out perfectly every day. You’re smarter than that.

But we will address the underlying mental and emotional patterns that drive you into downward spirals of anxiety.

And we’ll help you develop your own plan to get back out.

Calming Down Needs a New Approach

The biggest problem when trying to soothe our ragged edges is that we don’t believe that we’re allowed to. We’ve been told we can never relax. Or we’ve tried to relax in unsafe spaces. Or we just don’t know how.

In this course, we’ll help you design your own relaxation plan, suited to your real life, and help you create your own safe space.

Our Method is Well Tested

This workshop uses the approach presented in The Five Keys to Mindful Communication by retired Marriage and Family Therapist and senior Buddhist teacher Susan Gillis Chapman. Chapman developed this unique material by combining traditional wisdom teachings from Tibet and India with a modern Western psychological orientation.

This deep-but-simple approach allows you to more quickly and easily manage overwhelm. It can also offer you a foundation of calm which can lead to more truthful, compassionate, and flexible relationships.

    Length of Course

This pre-recorded course will take less than 3hrs total — at your own pace — over a number of lessons which are 5-15min each.  Our aim is that this course should be workable in the midst of your normal, everyday life without much extra effort or stress.

This easy recorded course is particularly important for anyone who:

      ✅ feels overwhelmed

✅ can’t handle more bad news

      ✅ is beyond their limit

      ✅ wants some basic peace

✅ doesn’t know what to do to help themselves

      ✅ wishes they were stronger

✅ needs more than “try to calm down…”

✅ is longing for meaningful help

"I’m very grateful for these teachings to help me through some hard situations in my life!”
      T.H.

      Creating Your Plan for Overwhelm

      • Imagine feeling confident in how to take good care of yourself.

      • Imagine knowing how to soothe yourself when you hit your maximum.

      • Imagine knowing which people to seek out and which to take a break from when you’re feeling overwhelmed.

The Green Zone Principle is a fundamental human skill that most of us are never taught. Too often, we’re encouraged to push ourselves past our limits, without regard for the long term consequences. We get little direction on how to deal with life’s full intensity — and especially the moments when we lose heart.

In this course, we’ll stop and look at the very nature of our overwhelm without embarrassment, shyness or self-criticism.

Then we’ll use the Green Zone Principle to guide us into more sustainable, healthier and kinder ways of working with our challenges.
