“It’s All Too Much!”
Of course you feel like that — especially when you’re trying to get to sleep, right?
Trust us that this gentle, easy, prerecorded course isn’t designed to push you harder. Instead, it’s been designed from the bottom up as a safe place where you can relax and be kind to yourself.
We won’t promise you that life is going to work out perfectly every day. You’re smarter than that.
But we will address the underlying mental and emotional patterns that drive you into downward spirals of anxiety.
And we’ll help you develop your own plan to get back out.
Calming Down Needs a New Approach
The biggest problem when trying to soothe our ragged edges is that we don’t believe that we’re allowed to. We’ve been told we can never relax. Or we’ve tried to relax in unsafe spaces. Or we just don’t know how.
In this course, we’ll help you design your own relaxation plan, suited to your real life, and help you create your own safe space.
Our Method is Well Tested
This workshop uses the approach presented in The Five Keys to Mindful Communication by retired Marriage and Family Therapist and senior Buddhist teacher Susan Gillis Chapman. Chapman developed this unique material by combining traditional wisdom teachings from Tibet and India with a modern Western psychological orientation.
This deep-but-simple approach allows you to more quickly and easily manage overwhelm. It can also offer you a foundation of calm which can lead to more truthful, compassionate, and flexible relationships.
