Ultimate Mindful Communication Video Bundle
We’re so glad you purchased our Ultimate Mindful Communication Video Bundle. Don’t let yourself be overwhelmed. We encourage you to go slow and sink into this unique content. Each offering is unique and each illuminates this powerful approach from a different perspective.
The two best places to start
are the Five Communication Superpowers Videos, and the 5-Part “Five Keys to Mindful Communication” course (just below). After gaining a foundation in those videos, the rest will offer you a deeper and richer experience.
The Five Keys to Mindful Communication
NOTE: this course was originally designed to be done over five weeks of time. You’re free to travel at whatever speed feels right to you. But give yourself breaks between lessons to practice the meditations, contemplate the lessons and look at whether this feels true in your life.
Good communication is essential to any healthy relationship, whether it’s between spouses, family members, friends, or co-workers. In this 5-Part video course, you’ll learn how mindfulness—the practice of nonjudgmental awareness—can help us communicate more effectively and meaningfully with others in our personal and professional lives.
Five Mindful Communication Superpowers for the Helping Professions
“But I don’t work in the helping professions…”
This is no problem. While the material in these talks is aimed at the Helping Professions, it’s actually a very straightforward overview of Mindful Communication that applies to all of us who aim to be helpful in our lives and to work skillfully with those around us. These webinars were also used to promote our 8-Month Advanced Certification in Mindful Communication. Feel free to skip past the material talking about that course.
While an obvious focus in the helping professions, the inner workings of how communication connects us or disconnects us can still be mysterious — even for specialists. Breaking down the process of communication into its elements from a mindfulness perspective allows us a closer look at how we naturally guide ourselves through intuition. From this perspective, what we call ‘intuition’ is actually a mindfulness practice — conscious or not — where we tune into the deep abilities we were born with (both somatic and cognitive). This allows us a more subtle, relaxed and acute intimacy with our clients. And all without claustrophobic scripts telling us what to say or how to say it.
