We all carry with us the profound pain of disconnection. This affects our sense of wellbeing, as well as our work lives, our family lives, our romantic lives, friendships and more. Even beyond the dramas that drag us down, we carry with us the fear that such things could happen in any relationship at any time. This can make us hesitant to even be ourselves with others, for fear that our true self will never be understood, held, or loved.
But this is not the whole story. The teachings of Mindful Communication offer us a way forward in our lives that is workable, realistic, kind, effective and intelligent.
After the course
You’ll have more ability to meet moments of disconnection, and establish reconnection when possible. You’ll also be better at preventing disconnection before it happens. You’ll be less reactive to unexpected and challenging situations, and will become more skilled at tracking what happens in conversations in real time. And when things just don’t come together, you’ll learn how and when to care for yourself with confidence that you’re doing the best thing possible.
NOTE: All Classes are Recordings, accessible on your own schedule.
In this clip from Class 2, Mindful Communication teacher Chris Trani reflects on how much our own state affects our interpretations of the world around us.
In this roleplay exercise from Class Two, Greg Heffron talks through the process of deciding to catch a train, even through conditions aren’t ideal.

Class 6: Putting It All Together
Taking this out into the Big Wild World. And how to keep up our focus and motivation.
BONUS Class 7: Where Do We Go From Here?
Further free resources and inspirations to make what you’ve learned a daily part of your life.
