Tap Your Relational Intuition:

an embodied approach to manage INTENSITY in intimacy & communication

Six Live Sessions (60 minutes)
Sundays, February 19 - March 26
10:00am San Francisco/1pm New York/7pm Amsterdam

Relationships can take us to our limit — and beyond...

Whether it’s family, romance, friendships or interactions at work, we can sometimes find ourselves feeling maxed out. Personalities clash, and the conversation changes so rapidly and unexpectedly we can’t keep up. There’s no time to think. We don’t know how to respond. But not responding properly has even more painful outcomes…

This can leave us feeling paralyzed.

We need a better way.

The good news is there is a better way. One that can lead us out of chaos and confusion and towards a more genuine, settled and confident way of being in relationship with others — even when things get intense.

In Tap Your Relational Intuition, Buddhist teacher and communication coach Greg Heffron combines his background in mindful communication with the unique mind/body philosophy of mudra space awareness to reveal an embodied path that will guide us through life’s most harrowing moments.

The class will include talks, exercises and meditations to take us beyond ideas and further into a grounded state, where decision making and communication are natural and spontaneous.

Schedule and Time Commitment

60-minute sessions will be on Sundays,
10:00am San Francisco, 7:00pm Amsterdam

NOTE: all sessions will be recorded, but experiencing this class live is important. The exercises will be direct and powerful. Being present and participating in interaction will offer you far more than just reviewing a recording.,

What is Mudra Space Awareness?

Mudra space awareness is a mind-body meditative practice coming out of the Tibetan tradition. In this course, we’ll borrow the principles and exercises and apply them directly to intense communication.
