Description
Tired of the Same Family Breakdowns? Ready for More Connection, Cooperation and Love?
Can’t it just be a little easier?
You work hard to keep your family happy.
But despite all the good work you do, somehow things aren’t meshing.
Little things creep in, and suddenly a good day transforms into unwelcome drama that drags you all down.
Is there any way to navigate the day which allows you all to thrive and enjoy each other?
The answer is yes, but it involves understanding how these family dramas get built out of simple emotional moments that most of us have been taught to mishandle.
How Can We Find Our Way Back?
The place to start is to identify when these moments are happening. Then we need to know what to do.
In this gentle, easy, prerecorded course, you’ll learn:
how to use your basic human nature to figure out what is happening
how to create a kind relationship with your own anxiety and negative tendencies
how to come to peace with your family as a changing, dynamic community
We promise: we won’t tell you rules you cannot keep, or demand you speak to each other with scripts you cannot remember. Instead, we’ll help you connect with your genuine heart so you can celebrate again — together.
Our Method is Well Tested
This workshop uses the approach presented in The Five Keys to Mindful Communication by retired Marriage and Family Therapist and senior Buddhist teacher Susan Gillis Chapman. Chapman developed this unique material by combining traditional wisdom teachings from Tibet and India with a modern Western psychological orientation.
This deep-but-simple approach allows you to more quickly and easily manage heightened emotions. It can also offer you a foundation of calm which can lead to more truthful, compassionate, and flexible relationships.
This easy recorded course is particularly important for families who:
✅ feel stuck in uncomfortable patterns
✅ don’t know how to talk to each other
✅ end up silent and shut down
✅ want to rediscover their love for each other
✅ wish there was a way to feel close again
✅ want to get through the day with less drama
✅ are managing different styles & personalities
✅ want all members to thrive and be happy
Length of Course
This pre-recorded course will take approximately 2hrs total, over a number of lessons which are about 15min each. Our aim is that this course should be workable in the midst of your normal, everyday life without much extra effort or stress.
