Making Peace With Uncertainty – Online Course
I’m very much looking forward to working with you as we travel together towards a more contented and peaceful relationship with ourselves and this Big Chaotic World we live in. In the midst of our first full Winter of COVID, this is something simple and positive you can work on to stay connected to yourself and others.
Note that we’ve changed the course title to Can You Hear Me Now? — Re-booting Your Human Connections. But the course content will be exactly the same, as we learn how to work with uncertain times and uncertain connections with a sense of grace, intelligence, heart and even joy.
We are excited to announce that we’ve also added a truly fantastic teacher, Chris Trani, who will join me in every session. Chris is an independent coach, consultant and facilitator who helps people build competence and confidence to have “impossible conversations.” I trained Chris as a Mindful Communication teacher myself, and can say with confidence that you’re in for a treat.

And optional Q&A session will be available Fridays at the same time, in the same Zoom room.
