You Deserve More Fulfilling Relationships – Course Home Page

Welcome to your journey towards a more connected life.

We know you have come to this course because you already are aware of the issue of disconnection in your life and have already experienced the discomfort and anxiety it can bring.

And you’re probably eager to get on with fixing it.

However, as much as we wish to be helpful, there isn’t a magic wand that will quickly make all problems go away (if only!).

Learning new patterns, and unlearning old ones takes time.  That is why we suggest you wait 1 week between classes, even though you are free to proceed through them at your own pace.

This course is transformational and at times that transformation may be subtle. However, we assure you that if you take the time to go through these classes, reflect on the messages, and do the suggested practice assignments, you will come away with a deeper understanding of how to enhance the connections in your life.

Class 1: When We Lose Our Connection

How connection breaks, and what is the path that can take us from heartbroken (upset) to heart-full.

Class 2: Connecting with Ourselves

Uncovering our Natural Communication System that lives inside our direct human experience.

Class 3: Connecting with Others, Part 1

Longing to connect is part of our deepest human nature. When we shut down, we dis-attune. When we open up, we re-attune.

Class 4: Connecting with Others, Part 2

How proper response to The Three Lights can make or break our connections with others.

Class 5: Connecting with Others, Part 3

Yes, fine, but what if there’s really serious damage in a relationship? (Remorse, repair, and rebuilding)

Class 6: Putting It All Together

Taking this out into the Big Wild World. And how to keep up our focus and motivation.
