We Forget to Stay Mad When Something Interrupts

We can’t choose to get ourselves out of our Red Light shutdown. By the time we’re in the Red Light, we’ve disconnected from our body, heart and/or mind. But when our Red Light state is disrupted by a “positive interruption,” we can follow that moment back into the Green Light of reconnection. It’s a natural process at that point.
