The Exercises in the Book: While some exercises will be specifically assigned, other exercises in the book will be optional. Whether you do them will depend on your own availability — whether you only have 5 hours a week to spend, or want more. Please feel free to engage as deeply as you would like, but don’t feel pressured to spend more time than you have. The point is not to make this course a burden, but to allow it to be a (challenging) pleasure.

Using LifesizeGO for Small Group Green Zones

1. Choose one person to host the meeting this week.
2. The host should go to https://go.lifesize.com
3. The host needs to enter a name and email address. Then click “Let’s Go.” 
4. The meeting should begin. Click the icon at the bottom that looks like this:
