“We have weaponized our awareness, our consciousness. We use it to call people out instead of calling people in. (Without meaning to we are) recreating harm and aggression and fear and anxiety. We are weaponizing our capacity for liberation but we want to restore our capacity for liberation by being able to tolerate our own discomfort. If I can shift states, I can hear feedback, I can pause instead of reacting… create more relational capacity and create belonging for all.”
